This is a unique opportunity to be part of our Supply Chain team and play an important role in our organization.

You will build deep partnership at a global and local level, across Bacardi.

You will play a major role leading the monthly S&OP process to the markets in Southern cone region, ultimately helping Bacardi to deliver against our BEST10 growth aspirations to support sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Responsible for the Month end closing data gathering/building (Sell in, transits, Inventory & Depletions) within CARICAM markets (Central America and Venezuela).
  • Ensure Analysis, identification & follow up to the Inventory Variances, including portfolio management.
  • Responsible for Markets Overview analysis: once data is received and updated within the models, a brief is made in order to review the main changes vs last cycle.
  • Lead Demand and IBP monthly meetings with Distributors and Business
  • Provide insights of any depletions trend variance, comparison with historical behaviour, in order to agree a new forecast with the commercial team
  • Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to supporting the S&OP / Forecast, through models maintenance (historical sales, trends, open orders, seasonality, promotions, and Distributor inventory)
  • Deliver continuously improve forecasting techniques, method, and approach to make a step change on forecast accuracy – focused on the main SKU in the business
  • Support Activity Management on the innovation process to deliver new launches, challenge when appropriate.
  • In collaboration with the Planning and Logistics Manager, regularly assesses and updates Markets and Plants safety stock policy and targets.  
  • Provide visibility of KPIs: BIAS, Accuracy, Orders delayed and be a support in action plans to improve them.    
  • Support the cross-functional team of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to achieve consensus each month within the S&OP cycle
  • Provide visibility for Slow & No Movers, and agree actions plans to mitigate obsolescence and write off    
  • Ensure the Forecast Submission in APO for West LAC by SKU/Customer/Plant and support the submission for the rest of the cluster.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Business savvy and a good understanding of the consumer & customer needs.
  • Ability to find effective ways of working within a matrix organization, and within a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, and close attention to detail.
  • Proven Master data management for large combinations of countries/brands/SKU
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with teams across different geographies and cultures.
  • Language Requirements: English is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, Logistics or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (Excel advance is required)
  • Power BI or similar knowledge is desired
