This is an exciting opportunity to lead the change management strategy for Bacardi’s Master Data Transformation, driving a shift to business-owned governance, new stewardship roles, and improved end-to-end data processes. You’ll design and deliver engagement, communications, capability building, and leadership alignment to embed new ways of working that enhance data quality and decision-making.
As the programme progresses, you’ll also lead change for AI and Automation in S/4HANA—helping teams embrace digital processes and build confidence in AI-driven decisions. This high-profile role demands strong partnerships, clear storytelling, and the ability to shape adoption in evolving areas.

ROLE CONTEXT & OBJECTIVES
Bacardi’s TRANS4MATION program includes a global SAP S/4HANA implementation, focused on simplifying, standardizing, and digitizing core processes. The Change Manager – Master Data, AI & Automation will lead the change management for data, analytics, AI and automation. Operating in a matrix organisation, the role leads a team of will work with cross functional teams across global, region and markets to ensure consistent high-quality change execution and successful business adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
· Lead the end-to-end change management strategy and plan for the Master Data Transformation and AI-enabled processes, aligned to the Bacardi Change Management Framework.
· Ensure change plans are integrated with programme management, communications, training, cutover and business readiness plans across regions and functions, including AI and automation initiatives.
· Provide structured reporting, insights and risk escalation into programme governance, ensuring change perspectives—including analytics and automation impacts—inform delivery decisions.
· Facilitate leadership alignment and decision-making forums to create clarity on business ownership, governance models and future ways of working with AI and data-driven processes.
· Shape and deliver stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, readiness and adoption measurement across global, regional and market teams, factoring in automation and analytics changes.
· Build strong relationships across Tech & Data, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, HR and Markets to ensure global consistency with local relevance for digital and AI transformation.
· Co-create change roadmaps and adoption plans with Global Process Owners, Workstream Leads and implementation partners, ensuring consistent methodologies, clear roles and integrated delivery across workstreams—including AI and automation capabilities.
· Partner with Master Data governance leads to define and embed new R&Rs, decision rights, operating processes and stewardship behaviours for data and AI-driven governance.
· Partner closely with S/4HANA workstreams to understand AI, analytics and automation impacts, user journeys and process changes, shaping targeted readiness and adoption activities.
· Craft compelling narratives and communications that translate complex data, AI, analytics and automation concepts into practical, business-friendly messages.
· Support capability building for new data governance roles, data-driven behaviours and AI-enabled processes, including training content, playbooks and toolkits.
· Facilitate workshops, training sessions and leadership discussions to accelerate understanding and adoption of new models and digital capabilities.
· Develop and track adoption KPIs, readiness indicators and business-facing metrics tied to value realisation from data, AI and automation initiatives.
Anticipate where stakeholders may need more support, and design interventions that promote clarity, confidence and engagement in AI-enabled ways of working.

To be successful in this role you will have/be:
· Proven track record delivering change management in large, global matrix organizations.
· Experience designing and executing change plans across process, people and technology dimensions.
· Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
· Solid understanding of data governance, master data concepts and enterprise systems (SAP/S/4HANA experience highly beneficial).
· Skilled in using structured change frameworks and tools for consistent, repeatable delivery.
· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business-focused messaging.
· Excellent communication skills across written, visual and verbal formats.
· Skilled in stakeholder engagement, senior-level facilitation and influencing without authority.
· Strong collaboration skills with consulting partners, system integrators and cross-functional teams.
· Comfortable applying behavioural science approaches to shape adoption.
· Ability to develop learning content, role-based training and enablement materials.
Analytical approach to measuring adoption, readiness and KPIs, providing actionable insights.
