Objetivo
Dar seguimiento oportuno a clientes analizando los inventarios de producto terminado en los almacenes de la compañía y programando los embarques necesarios para el abastecimiento. Colaborando en la elaboración de los planes del envasado, considerando las necesidades de los almacenes y resto de los clientes. Es responsable de la generación de las necesidades de materiales para el cumplimiento de los programas de producción, derivados del análisis de la demanda, colaboración con los mercados e identificación de tendencias y solicitudes especiales que puedan impactar el programa de producción.
Actividades
- Analizar los niveles de inventario de PT en almacenes asignados para el seguimiento de ordenes.
- Mantener comunicación efectiva con clientes para informar status de ordenes directas.
- Validar la programación de entrega (Programa Maestro de la Demanda) de las órdenes directas del cliente.
- ElaborarenconjuntoconelProgramadoryMaterialeselMPSconsiderandolasnecesidadesdelclienteylosnivelesdeinventario,asegurandolosparámetros establecidos de materiales.
- Presentar y analizar el plan de producción en conjunto con el equipo de Suministro.
- Publicar el plan general de entrega de órdenes a cliente y alinear con el MPS (Programa Maestro de Planeación) y las revisiones que apliquen.
- Validar que los niveles de ingeniería de los items estén conformes y activos en los sistemas en colaboración con Master Data.
- Gestionar cumplimiento de demanda de acuerdo a lo establecido (OFR/OTIF) con las áreas involucradas.
- Validar y asegurar la programación de embarques de producto terminado de acuerdo a lo establecido en los planes de entrega de órdenes a cliente.
- Gestionar con las áreas correspondientes requerimientos especiales de los clientes.
- Analizar la disponibilidad de producto para surtir las órdenes urgentes del cliente.
- Optimizar recursos para la adecuada planeación de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio.
Perfil:
- Licenciatura Terminada.
- Manejo de Sistema SAP Avanzado.
- Microsoft Excel Avanzado.
- Ingles Avanzado.
- Control Estadistico del Proceso.
- Experiencia Minima de 3 años en Cadena de Suministro - Servicio al Cliente
- Experiencia Minima de 3 años en Embarques.
- Experiencia Minima de 3 años en Administración de Personal.
