Au sein du Château de Cognac, monument historique et Maison de production des Cognacs BARON OTARD & D’USSSÉ vous participez à la promotion commerciale des trois grandes activités auprès d’une cible BtoB et BtoC :
- Le circuit des visites et toutes les Expériences que le Château propose
- La location des salles de réception du Château pour des événements
- Les produits et Cognacs BARON OTARD et D’USSSÉ
Commercial
- Exécution du plan marketing /Commercial sur les différentes cibles oenotouristiques
- Exécution du plan marketing /Commercial sur la clientèle B2B on-trade (caviste/CHR)
- Support animation prescripteurs et plateformes Event (ABC Salles, mariage.Net ) / B2C (e-ticketing/ OTA /eshop)
- Support animation et aide aux actions de promotion (salon, workshop, animation des réseaux)
- Création et mise à jour des bases de données clients
- Suivis et analyse des performances
Événement
- Suivi et analyse des performances
- Suivi événements Château (demande client, rédaction devis, rédaction fiche de route pour brief opérationnel)
- Suivi et aide à l’organisation des projets événementiels du Château (soirées musicales, dj set…)
- Aide à la gestion du bar (suivi expérience, suivi performances, retours clients…)
Marketing
- Aide à l’activation du plan promotionnel
- Création des supports marketing à destination de différentes cibles (brochures, catalogues, insertion magazine, campagne de pub)
- Veille commerciale sur le secteur du tourisme et de l’expérience de visite, benchmark
De formation supérieure type École de Commerce ou Université (Bac+3+4/+5), vous souhaitez saisir l'opportunité de prendre des responsabilités et d'être rapidement autonome, nous vous proposons un apprentissage formateur qui vous permettra de découvrir l'activité d'un service Commercial/Marketing au sein d’un site touristique à forte attractivité. Vous êtes motivé(e), enthousiaste, vous avez envie d'apprendre. Organisé(e) et rigoureux (se), vous disposez d'un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Vous avez un très bon relationnel, de bonnes capacités d'adaptation et êtes ouvert d'esprit. Vous savez prendre des initiatives et être force de proposition. La maîtrise des outils informatiques et de l’anglais est nécessaire. La maîtrise du retail et de l’univers du tourisme est un plus.
