As the Engagement Coordinator, you will bring Angel’s Envy’s brand to life through exceptional hospitality, strategic talent coordination, and meaningful partnerships. You’ll manage high-touch visits for Bacardi leadership, international guests, and VIP groups, ensuring seamless, memorable experiences. This role manages market planning for key brand voices——while supporting education and partnership activations and programs that build advocacy and brand equity.

Your ability to collaborate across teams and execute logistics seamlessly will be essential to the success of Angel’s Envy’s engagement efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
VIP & International Advocacy Engagement
Manage, execute and host (as needed) high-touch visits for Bacardi leadership, international and VIP advocacy group programming, ensuring exceptional brand experiences. Oversee logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and entertainment, with seamless execution and clear communication aligned with Angel’s Envy’s brand standards.
Talent Scheduling & Coordination
Manage market visit playbook and requests for key brand talent, including the Master Distiller, Global Brand Ambassador, and Brand Educators, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Maintain the talent calendar and oversee planning needs for market visits, tastings, and other engagements to maximize impact and efficiency.
Brand Education & Partnerships Programming
Drive engagement and educational outreach with whiskey affinity groups and key local partners (e.g., Louisville Visitor Center, airport, hotels) to cultivate brand advocates. Collaborate with team on Kentucky-based initiatives, including curated tours, gifting, activations, and creative asset (print and digital) development. Manage special requests and maintain databases to support strategic communications and long-term relationship building.
Philanthropy & Community Engagement
Coordinate Angel’s Envy’s philanthropic strategy, managing donations, ensuring compliance, and tracking impact. Cultivate relationships with nonprofit partners to enhance brand reputation and engagement. Stay informed on industry trends and represent the brand at key events to identify new opportunities for impact.
Budget Management & Financial Oversight
Work closely with team to manage department budget through SAP, ensuring timely invoice review, approval, and accurate monthly expense tracking. Maintain alignment with financial guidelines to support efficient, transparent, and strategic budget execution.
Support the Director, Partnership & Engagement with additional initiatives as needed.
SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, community engagement, or a related field within the bourbon or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural connector—comfortable building relationships across industries and communities.
Proven self-starter with a drive to identify and act on opportunities independently.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing VIP visits, media-related activities, or event coordination is a plus.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to complete tasks independently and problem-solve efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and event management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events and engagements
