Strategic Planning:

  • Partner with the Commercial team on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and cash flow optimization
  • Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing service offerings, standardization, automation, and process efficiency across the OTC function.

Operations Management:

  • Master Data Management : Ensure that Master data related processes like Rebate Agreement Creation & Tracking, Generation Vs Spend of rebate , Price Maintenance and over all master customer data is managed as per the requirement of business in a compliant way.
  • Invoicing and Collection : Oversee and ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness for Collection Posting, Shipment Depletion accounting in SAP. Ensure BIO Purchase from Tradall, stock transfers of BII & BIO and sales invoice process adherence for BIO, BII and Brand Extension.
  • AR & Trade Vendor Management: Ensure AR and vendor management activities like Credit Notes, Excise / VAT duty Vouchers, IR for Promoter claims and A&P and GTN be concluded as per timelines, accuracy and business need
  • Partner with FP&A for monthly provision entries.
  • Partner with and ensure help with data requirements for Auditing and Analysis including Stock, Duty, Customer reconciliations., statutory duties reconciliations, inventory management, balance sheet reconciliations statutory and Promoter related audit requirements, Filing VAT/CST returns, maintaining statutory Forms (“C”/ ”F”) tracker & follow up.
  • Ensure with data reporting and commercial activity support to finance, commercial and leadership teams.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a trusted partner to Regional Commercial & Finance teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive financial results.
  • Partner with treasury to optimize cash flow and working capital, ensuring efficient collection processes.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to manage customer relationships and support sales strategies while maintaining financial discipline.

Team Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management metrics, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans, to drive a high-performance culture within BES.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing the OTC team, ensuring the function is equipped with the skills and capabilities to meet future challenges.

Change Management:

  • Champion change initiatives related to OTC transformation, including the implementation of new technologies, automation tools, and process reengineering efforts.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during system implementations, upgrades, or process changes.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure OTC operations comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to credit exposure, disputes, errors, and process inefficiencies.
  • Safeguard the organization against fraud while maintaining robust governance over OTC processes.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Proven Leadership –  Minimum 10+ years of experience leading  Order to Cash (OTC), Finance Operations, or Shared Services functions.
  • Commercial & Financial Acumen – Strong understanding of credit risk, collections, cash flow optimization, and revenue growth strategies. Ability to balance financial discipline with commercial priorities.
  • Process Standardization & Automation Expertise – Demonstrated experience in streamlining operations, implementing automation tools, and driving process efficiencies to enhance scalability and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally to align strategies, solve challenges, and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve working capital.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving & Change Leadership – Strong ability to diagnose processes, design solutions, and lead change initiatives in global organizations. Experience managing large-scale transformation projects and system implementations is highly desirable.
  • People Leadership & Team Development – Passionate about building and mentoring high-performing teams. Experience in performance management, talent development, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making – Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and drive data-backed strategies to improve efficiency and results.
  • Fluency in English.
