ABOUT THE ROLE
WHAT DOES A GRAPHIC DESIGNER DO?
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital and print assets that support our advertising and promotional campaigns. Your work will help drive visitors to the Brand Homes distilleries, ensuring a visually engaging and cohesive brand presence for Bombay Sapphire Distillery in Hampshire, and Dewar’s Aberfeldy Distillery in Perthshire, Scotland, across various media channels
You will work within the Marketing team alongside the Marketing Coordinator to support the strategy at each Brand Home across various channels e.g. social, website, OOH, VOD, print and collateral. The role will also support the running of social media accounts to ensure coherence of assets and content with overall strategy and tone of voice in captions.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Design digital assets for social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising, adhering to Brand and Company guidelines.
- Create designs for printed collateral including leaflets, posters, signage, and brochures.
- Develop static and animated assets for out-of-home advertising (billboards, digital screens, etc.).
- Assist in creating, managing and scheduling content for our social media accounts, including writing captions in Brand tone of voice.
- Edit video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Support animation projects to enhance digital engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Capture and edit photography for marketing use when required.
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring creative campaigns to life.
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience using Canva for quick-turnaround assets.
- Strong graphic design skills and knowledge of current design trends.
- Experience in video editing for digital and social media (Adobe, CapCut and similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skillS.
