RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Strategic Leadership & Brand Alignment
- Develop and execute the food and bar program strategy to align with brand vision and achieve budget goals.
- Understand and leverage exceptional food and beverage hospitality to positively influence the guest experience from beginning to end.
- Represent the brand professionally at offsite locations, maintaining behavior consistent with brand values and guidelines.
- Lead the daily experience and entertainment offering at the F&B space.
Financial Management
- Lead departmental budgeting, inventory, financial management, and regular reporting.
- Manage product ordering, selection, and bar menu development aligned with budget and brand strategy.
- Maximize sales by identifying opportunities, collaborating with Marketing, and training staff in effective upselling.
- Ensure accountable budget management, optimizing resource use, and accurate financial reporting.
Team Management
- Effectively manage and lead the food and beverage team, providing oversight, guidance, and support (Bar Supervisor, Bar team, and Kiosk staff).
- Oversee comprehensive staff training and continuous education, including regular skills and knowledge assessments.
- Responsible for hiring, training, motivating, coaching, and empowering all direct reports.
- Conduct employee performance appraisals and administer feedback.
- Create, distribute, and train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Enforce uniform and appearance standards among all service staff.
Event Planning & Collaboration
- Design exceptional entertainment, bar menus, and continuously improve bar systems and equipment in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Events team.
- Support planning and execution of offsite events sponsored by Casa BACARDÍ.
- Lead planning meetings, clearly defining departmental objectives aligned with brand strategy, purpose, and values.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Retail, Brand Home Team, Brand Team, and Bacardi partners for seamless event execution and departmental goals.
- Availability of working weekends and evenings as necessary to support events and operational needs.
Administration
- Conduct regular beverage and glassware inventories according to policy requirements.
- Establish, monitor, and manage departmental KPIs, schedules, targets, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure consistent high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing concerns proactively.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety management standards and company policies
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Experience within Bartending/Mixology
- Experience being a Bartender Lead or Bar Supervisor, F&B manager or Restaurant Manager
- Knowledge of MS Office / Teams
- Time management, Problem solving, Analytical, Strategic and Planning skills
- Experience in Restaurant / Food industry, Spirit industry, Hospitality and Supervision
- High learning agility, creativity, adaptability, and track record of exceptional results
- Strong analytical skills, able to take complex ideas and summarize into concise insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; work globally across the organization with key stakeholders including senior management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Highly organized, motivated, detail oriented, a sense of urgency, and an ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages are a plus
