Location: Barcelona
Applications are welcome from candidates based in Northern Spain (e.g. Bilbao, Santander) and other locations where regular travel to the region is feasible.
ABOUT THE ROLE
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As Head of Field Sales, North Spain, you will lead regional sales performance by translating national strategy into effective local execution. You will be responsible for delivering sustainable commercial results while creating an environment where Field Managers and Business Managers can perform, grow, and take ownership.

Success in this role is measured not only by results, but by how those results are achieved, through collaboration, clarity, and accountable leadership.
ABOUT YOU
You are a sales leader who combines commercial judgement with a strong people focus. You are comfortable operating in complexity, using data to inform decisions, and adapting your leadership approach to different contexts and individuals.
You lead through others rather than doing everything yourself, and you value clear communication, fair decision‑making, and continuous learning. You take responsibility for outcomes, consider long‑term impact, and create the conditions for teams to succeed in a sustainable way.

- Ability to work effectively across functions and with stakeholders at different levels.
