RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• Banquet Business Ownership

Drive dedicated ownership of banquet sales across Top 80 LHA hotels.

Target 100+ premium events annually within existing hotel base.

Influence early-stage menu planning to lock-in premium brands.

Implement premium pour strategy across banquet contracts.

• Premium Category Acceleration

Focus on high-growth segments:

Tequila (40% growth target)

Premium Scotch (50% growth target)

Vodka & Gin (15% growth targets)

Deliver incremental 1,752+ cases through focused category interventions.

• Third-Party & HNI Occasion Development

Develop premium business through: Weddings across LHA states, One-day licensed events, Farmhouses & luxury private

venues, Premium wedding planners, HNI house parties, Target 100+ third-party/HNI occasions annually.

Build and maintain HNI and planner database for repeat business.

Drive ₹1 Cr incremental NSV from premium portfolio expansion.

• Stakeholder Management

Work closely with: Regional Sales Teams, Marketing Teams, Key Hotel Banquet Managers, Wedding Planners & Luxury

Event Agencies

Enable structured development of third-party licensed spaces.

Ensure alignment on premium focus and execution standards.

• Premium Occasion Visibility & Digital Amplification

Coordinate with planners, decorators, and photographers to integrate brand presence within: Bar backdrops, Glassware,

Experiential counters

Leverage influencer-heavy weddings and HNI events to drive organic digital amplification.

Build structured content capture and amplification framework.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

• 5–8 years’ experience in Alcobev / Luxury / Hospitality / Premium Lifestyle sales

• Strong banquet or on-premises channel understanding

• Proven ability to influence menu decisions and premium upselling

• Experience working with wedding planners, luxury event curators, or HNI clientele

• Strong commercial acumen with revenue ownership mindset

• High relationship capital and negotiation capability

• Ability to operate cross-functionally and independently
