In this role, you will be responsible for the attention of the most important and trendsetters’ outlets in your area, generating the most appropriate sell strategy to each one, also educating and motivating the sell staff in order to create sustained growth of sales and awareness to our portfolio; therefore, It will boost the performance and growth of Bacardi brands in its territory by negotiating commercial terms and building lasting relationships with customers. Your strong communication, presentation, networks, and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Commercial Results

  • Achieve and exceed NSV, volume, distribution, and portfolio mix targets.
  • Develop and execute the territory commercial plan aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage territory forecast, budget, and performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements ensuring profitability, price guidelines compliance, and ROI.

Point of Sale Execution

  • Ensure flawless execution of the Picture of Success by brand and channel.
  • Secure AVQPAP compliance across priority accounts.
  • Execute brand activations, promotions, and programs with excellence.
  • Monitor competitive activity and develop effective action plans.

Account Management & Commercial Relationships

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers.
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual value creation.
  • Understand basic P&L of accounts and identify opportunities for profitable growth.

Brand Building & Capability Development

  • Educate and inspire bar staff on the Bacardí portfolio.
  • Represent the brand with strong professional presence and credibility.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

  • Previous experience in On-Trade and Sales roles.
  • Strong background in key account management and commercial negotiation.
  • Experience in alcoholic beverages or premium consumer goods is preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong results orientation.
  • Ability to prioritize accounts and manage time autonomously.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Languages

  • Fluent Spanish.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
