Join the Bacardi Family and help us shape the future of HR technology

At Bacardi, our HRIS team doesn’t just support Workday — we own, govern, and continuously evolve it as a critical global business platform.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals currently working in Workday consulting, AMS, or shared services environments who are ready to move beyond ticket-based delivery into a role with greater ownership, stakeholder engagement, and long-term impact.

As a Global HRIS Analyst, you will:

  • Act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, not just a system configurator

  • Take end-to-end ownership of Workday solutions, from idea to adoption

  • Balance technical expertise with business thinking, data insight, and governance

  • Play a key role in ensuring data quality, compliance, and global HR process alignment

This is not a pure technical support or configuration role. Success here requires strong

communication, stakeholder management, and business understanding, alongside your Workday expertise.

What You’ll Do

Own the Workday Ecosystem

  • Take responsibility for Workday as a global HR platform, ensuring it supports business needs effectively

  • Move beyond task execution to solution ownership and continuous improvement

  • Design scalable solutions focused on long-term value, not just immediate fixes

Partner & Influence

  • Engage with HR and business stakeholders to understand business priorities and challenges

  • Translate requirements into solutions while guiding and challenging stakeholders when needed

  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical audiences

Drive Data & Insights

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across Workday

  • Provide reporting and analyze data to support decision-making

  • Contribute to building a more data-driven HR function

Own Governance & Compliance

  • Support and maintain SOX controls, audit readiness, and data privacy standards

  • Ensure proper security roles, access controls, and system governance

  • Take accountability for data integrity and compliance processes

Lead Change & Adoption

  • Manage enhancements end-to-end: requirements gathering, functional design, testing (UAT), and deployment

  • Drive user adoption through communication, training, and change management

  • Collaborate with external AMS partners while retaining internal ownership and decision-making

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone ready to step beyond delivery and into ownership.

Experience & Technical Foundation

  • 4 years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS or HR Technology role

  • Workday HCM certification or official Workday HCM course completion is required

  • Experience with Workday configuration, business process frameworks, security, and reporting

  • Talent, Absence, Recruiter modules experience are nice to have, but not required

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ticketing systems and project tools

  • Understanding of UX, automation, and HR system design is a plus

Exposure & Environment

  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

  • Exposure to compliance-driven environments (SOX, GDPR / data privacy) is a plus

  • Fluent English communication skills

  • Mindset (Critical for Success)

  • Ready to move from:

“resolving tickets” → to “owning solutions”

“executing requests” → to “advising stakeholders”

  • Able to connect system decisions with business impact

  • Comfortable working with stakeholders, not just systems

  • Interested in developing both technical and business skills

Who You Are

  • A collaborative partner, not just a technical expert

  • Curious about how HR technology drives real business outcomes

  • Confident engaging with stakeholders across regions and levels

  • Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Motivated to grow into a well-rounded HR Technology professional

Team and Ways of Working

  • Part of a global HRIS team supporting Workday across multiple regions

  • Collaboration with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and AMS partner

  • Involvement in system enhancements, implementations, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Why Join Bacardi?

  • Move beyond pure support or consulting delivery into a role with true ownership

  • Gain exposure to global stakeholders and strategic HR initiatives

  • Develop skills in data, governance, and HR technology strategy

  • Be part of a team that values collaboration, ideas, and continuous improvement

  • Build a long-term career path beyond technical configuration

Important Note for Applicants

This role is best suited for candidates who:

  • Want to move beyond ticket-based or purely technical Workday work

  • Are interested in working closely with stakeholders and influencing decisions

  • Are motivated to develop both technical and business capabilities

  • Can work CET hours

If you are looking for a pure configuration or back-end technical role, this position may not be the right fit.
