RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy, Desire Building & Communications
  • Develop a deep understanding of target consumers/shoppers globally to inform robust, consumer-driven brand strategies.
  • Build insight into key GTR customers to create implementable brand propositions aligned with their strategies.
  • Lead Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) by providing performance analysis, strategic guidance, and recommendations on product, innovation, and regional focus.
  • Collaborate with Global Brand teams to ensure alignment with the growth model, positioning, and BVIs.
  • Support the 12Q innovation plan for Grey Goose/St Germain, meeting financial and brand-building targets.
  • Facilitate an entrepreneurial approach by enabling test-and-learn initiatives with urgency and long-term focus.
  • Manage day-to-day agency relationships to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.
Executional Excellence
  • Enhance consumer experiences and shopper engagement through impactful GTR activations.
  • Develop Activation Toolkits to translate global strategies into high-quality GTR executions, including merchandising and omni-channel activations.
  • Partner with Regional Managers to plan and deliver marketing activities for key customers.
  • Create compelling GTR channel propositions by integrating consumer, purchaser, and category insights.
  • Commercialize innovation by developing toolkits for successful NPD launch and customer sell-in.
  • Work with Consumer Insights to evaluate brand activity performance.
Business Performance Management
  • Drive Global Travel Retail Brand performance targets, sharing accountability with Commercial teams for revenue, profitability, share, and ROI.
  • Manage and optimize assigned A&P budgets, focusing on high-impact, cost-efficient investments.
  • Conduct Quarterly Performance Business Reviews with the Global Brand team.
  • Support Revenue Growth Management by conducting analysis and setting pricing guidance.
  • Provide performance updates to the Global team, leveraging support for issue resolution.
  • Lead long-term demand planning , identifying new market rollouts and ensuring plans align with Global supply capabilities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing (e.g. in roles in covering Strategic Category Management, Consumer Marketing, Purchaser/Shopper Marketing, Sales and Channel Strategy, Integrated Business Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Brand/Product Innovation).
  • Experience in delivering Innovation.
  • Proficiency in English language skills.
  • Commercially confident. Ability to analyse and use commercial data to support decision making 
  • Expertise and track record of effective delivery of all elements of AVQPAP (preferably in premium/super-premium brands)
  • Track record of premium brand guardianship, with the ability to grow brands in the right places, in the right way.
  • Proven Influencer across a matrix organisation; ability to work across, support and influence local markets and global teams.
  • Drive for results; constant measurement and management of business performance against plan
  • Degree and/or professional marketing qualifications.
