Your Opportunity

As a Sales Insights Specialist On-trade you will be responsible to empower the On-Trade Sales organization by providing the right insights to help the Sales Manager On-Trade-Wholesale and the On-trade Field Sales Managers steering the business (KAM, & Field Teams).

About You 

We expect your proactivity in sharing those insights, your stakeholder management skills will make the difference and play a key role in the business cycle, both internally as externally (On-trade leadership meetings, Field & KAM meetings, Channel & Brand reviews, Account reviews & Field plans). 

You have complete ownership over the CRM Tool: in close collaboration with the Development Team, you maintain the tool to ensure correct data collection by the Field Sales teams the right way, with whom you will therefore work in close collaboration. Next, together with the Channel Leads, you work on correct target setting in the tool and track the performance of the Teams. 

Finally, you play an active role in seeking new technologies to enable the Field Account Managers to maximize the selling time and guarantee a world-class customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Empower the On-Trade organization by providing the right technology and the right data 
  • Coach Field Account Managers to make sure that the right data are collected the right way 
  • Work in close collaboration with the On-Trade lead team and provide the right data that will help them steering the business.  You will also play a key role in setting the target plan in the CRM-Tool and give Account Managers visibility on their performance.
  • Proactively provide powerful insights that will feed both internal & external forums; e.g. contract ROI analysis, menu and distribution tracking  
  • Contract & Invoice Management (MDG, approval flow)
  • Build and maintain great cross-departmental collaboration through strong stakeholder management skills. 
  • Proactively seek for new technologies that we will help Field Account Managers to maximize their selling time when visiting a customer. You will be responsible for the testing of those new technologies, the implementation and assure the proper follow-up

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Knowledge of the NL market and/or On-trade channel 
  • Hands-on and pragmatic attitude with Strong analytical skills 
  • Preferably knowledge of sales effectiveness tools (Salesforce) and category management  
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
  • Good relationship builder and team-player. 
  • The following experiences are preferred: 
  • Experience in the FMCG environment, in Spirits Industry and/or Beverages would be a distinct advantage. Nevertheless, the eagerness to learn, the energy and the right mindset will be considered as real assets.
