YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planner to join our team. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in both English and Spanish, and will be responsible for driving the forecasting and demand planning process to ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient supply chain operations, supporting S&OP process


RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product categories or regions, using historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze historical sales data, customer trends, and seasonality patterns to predict future demand and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on product demand, promotional activities, and new product introductions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present demand planning reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in forecasting. Implement best practices to enhance demand planning accuracy and efficiency.
  • System Management: Utilize demand planning software and ERP systems to track and update forecasts, manage data, and generate reports.
  • Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with teams in both Portuguese and Spanish, providing demand insights and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Critical Experiences for Success 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Languages: Advanced knowledge in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and experience working with demand planning tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in fast consumer goods is desired
    • Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques

     Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with 40 hours
  • Hybrid work option with 3 days at office and 2 days at home available
