Your Opportunity

In the role of Sales Data Specialist Netherlands you will be responsible to empower the Netherlands Business Unit by providing the right insights and qualitative support based on data, to help the Sales teams steering the business and towards profitable growth. 

You are a key business partner for the sales teams, providing the right support and advice, based on data insights (eg Nielsen, CRM tools, etc.) and enable them to drive profitable growth.

Will therefore work in close collaboration with the Sales front-line Teams to assure a proper and efficient use of the CRM tool. Beside this, you will work next to the Channel Leads on the target setting, by making sure those are set correctly in the tool. You will also be responsible to track and follow up the performance of the Teams. 

Finally, you will play an active role in seeking new technologies that will enable the Sales teams to maximize the selling time and guarantee a world-class customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:
  • Empower the Netherlands Sales Off Trade organization (Key Account Management & Front Line Sales) by providing the right technology and the right data; 
  • Coach KAMs and Field Account Managers of each channel (Classic & Specialized Retail) to make sure that the right data are collected in the right way; 
  • Work in close collaboration with the Channel Heads and provide the right data that will help them steering the business. You will also play a key role in setting the target plan in the CRM-Tool and give (Key) Account Managers visibility on their performance; 
  • Provide proactively powerful insights that will feed both internal & external forums. 
  • Proactively seek for new technologies that we will help Key & Field Account Managers to maximize their selling time when visiting a customer. You will be responsible for the testing of those new technologies, the implementation (=training/coaching) and assure the proper follow-up; 
  • Build and maintain great cross-departmental collaboration through strong stakeholder management skills. 
  • Organize & coordinate field audits. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:
  • Knowledge of the market or channel ; 
  • Hands-on and pragmatic attitude with strong analytical skills; 
  • Preferably knowledge of sales effectiveness tools and category management ; 
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken); 
  • Good relationship builder and team-player;
The following experiences are preferred: 
  • Experience in the FMCG environment, in Spirits Industry and/or Beverages would be a distinct advantage. Nevertheless, the eagerness to learn, the energy and the right mindset will be considered as real assets.
