¿QUÉ ES LO QUE HACE UN WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR?

Planificar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de almacén, desde la recepción, almacenamiento y surtido a línea de producción. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad, así como, dirigir, desarrollar y evaluar los procedimientos del almacén. Comunicarse efectivamente con el personal sindicalizado, proveedores y áreas de soporte. Garantizar las condiciones adecuadas de almacenamiento de los materiales y aportando proyectos de mejora continua que incrementen la seguridad, rentabilidad & productividad de las áreas.

  • Educación Mínima: Ingeniería industrial o afín.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio
  • Disponibilidad para viajar: Si.
  • Experiencia de 3 años o más en manejo y control de almacenes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Crear el plan de retiro de botella de producto maquilado garantizando el abastecimiento de acuerdo con el plan de producción.
  • Cuida y garantizar la seguridad de todos los primos, mediante la eliminación de condiciones inseguras en las áreas.
  • Implementar planes de acción para observaciones de seguridad, calidad, inocuidad y productividad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento al plan de surtido diario para las líneas de producción.
  • Administración y supervisión de kpi’s (ira, otif, lta, para el área de material industrial) manteniéndolos dentro de objetivo.
  • Planificación y seguimiento a planes de mantenimiento en infraestructura y equipos para la operación.
  • Ejecución de análisis causa raíz en desviaciones de procesos.
  • Revisión y toma de decisiones sobre capacidades de almacenamiento con el equipo de planning.
  • Participación en inventarios ciclos y fiscales.
  • Creación de planes de desarrollo de personal a cargo.
  • Manejo y gestión de personal sindicalizado.
  • Desarrollo de nuevos proyectos de seguridad, eficiencia de costos y mejora de procesos para almacén de material industrial.
