¿Qué hace un Supervisor de Almacén FROS?
Administra de manera eficiente el recibo, almacenamiento, conservación y distribución del material industrial y del producto terminado que se almacena, así como mantiene los inventarios actualizados controlando primeras entradas y primeras salidas (PEPS) dando el manejo adecuado al producto almacenado contribuyendo así a la mejora continua en los procesos para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad del sistema

Debes ser ingeniero Industrial, Licenciado en aminidtración o afin, con experiencia de 2 años en administración de almacenes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervisar el uso y aplicación adecuado del sistema PEPS.
  • Garantizar el suministro adecuado de insumos al área que le corresponda.
  • Supervisar a los auxiliares de almacén y producto terminado.
  • Administrar los inventarios de material industrial y producto terminado en sistemas SAP y Verifica.
  • Garantizar el suministro adecuado de producto de acuerdo con lo solicitado por el área de servicio al cliente.
  • Administrar las herramientas, materiales, así como el recurso humano que están asignados al área siempre con una visión de mejora continua.
  • Supervisar la operación dentro del almacén.
  • Ejecutar la recolección, recepción, almacenaje, conservación y distribución del producto terminado.
  • Supervisar que la carga del producto se realice de manera correcta.
  • Supervisar la carga y descarga de contenedores, camiones o tráiler de material industrial y/o producto terminado.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento al programa de limpieza establecido para los almacenes.
  • Participar en el desarrollo, implementación y ejecución del sistema BCP para la planta de Arandas.
  • Manejo y aplicación de conteos cíclicos de material industrial y producto terminado.
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de 5´s.
  • Manejo y control de presupuesto.

  • Sistema de almacenaje PEPS.
  • Inventarios cíclicos y totales.
  • Conocimiento de empaque y embalaje.
  • Logística.
  • Parámetros de calidad en embalaje.
  • Manejo en sistemas SAP, verifica.
  • Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura.
  • Conocimientos básicos de uso y manejo de montacargas
Cualidades personales:
  • Buen trabajo en equipo, buena comunicación además de ser bueno planeando y organizando.
