What does an Inventory to Fulfill Service Manager do?

In an exciting business environment where new transportation operating model, new route-to-market and new technologies are part of the Bacardi Strategy for the incoming years, we need a talented individual to lead the ITF service, work alongside our Global Supply Chain organization, manage different technology vendors and collaborate with other Tech areas to help Bacardi on this evolution. 

You will be working in an area with plenty of opportunities to grow in both professional and personal areas; new technologies are to be investigated and deployed, new business partners are appearing with new needs to be satisfied and you will work as one team with the logistic, transportation and trading functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • You lead and work on the development of a multicultural team of solution managers (expert in various solutions under the scope of warehousing, transportation, trading and copacker integration)
  • Collaborate with Business Process Owner to drive the strategy of Inventory to Fulfill at Bacardi (globally)
  • Ensure that all the solutions deployed are fully compliant with the Bacardi principles, maintaining the Inventory to Fulfill global template across all markets. This will make you instrumental when global SAP projects are impacting our area including S/4 Hana program.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify new requirements and opportunities within the company but as well new market trends and business transformation opportunities.
  • Stay on top of any new technological innovation and evaluate potential benefits for your area.
  • You will be the most important partner for our Business Process Lead. You must be instrumental on supporting the deployment of the new processes and technology enabling the transformation of the function to the future state.
  • You will manage transformational program (when required)
  • Celebrate Key Milestones, documenting solutions and sharing learnings

  • Aspirational leader able to actively contribute to strengthening our inclusive and equitable culture.
  • Strong understanding of business process related to warehousing, transportation and trading and being able to translate these terms to tech requirements.
  • Able to properly communicate with relevant stakeholders from different areas, functions and levels
  • Strong SAP-MM, Warehouse Management solution and 3pl integration experience as functional consultant.
  • Good level of knowledge in SAP-SD, SAP-PP, SAP-FI, and TMS solution
  • Curious about new technologies and able to learn how to use them in Bacardi’s benefit.
  • Strategic and Critical thinker, challenging status-quo proposing changes when required to improve Bacardi’s performance.
  • Problem solver mentality in a holistic approach considering the issue and the environment. 
  • Experience on delivering cross-functional solutions and collaborating with different teams 
  • Additional knowledge such as S/4 Hana, advanced Warehouse Management system (SAP EWM , Manhattan,…), Multi-enterprise Supply Chain Business Network solutions or Track and Trace solution are a plus
