Your Opportunity

This role will own the analysis and insights generation related to Structure costs for Latin & American countries. Will be responsible for presenting and following up on this monthly analysis with the Senior Leadership of the region and will be responsible for annual processes such as budgeting, Latest Estimate (LE), Outlook, among others. This role requires interactions across different functions as a resource to the markets and BES. This role will regularly interact with several organizational levels, ranging from staff to the Senior Leadership team in the region.  As a key enabling position in the service center, a customer service mindset is essential. 

About You

The Prim@ in the role requires a strong analytical skill, being able to transform big amounts of financial data into meaningful insights for market decision makers.

A great customer service and well-developed communication and presentation skills is required for the success of this position. 

In this role you will be able to influence the decision-making process for the structure costs spending to impact positively the business performance and achieve the BEST 10.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
  • Prepare the Monthly forecast for the structure investment as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Monthly variance analysis, including employee investment and other structure investment components
  • Annual Budget and quarterly LE Process, including monthly outlooks  
  • Cost center master data administration and financial management
  • Monthly review presentation for Country and Regional Directors 
  • Propose and perform process improvements for the Structure Investment management.
  • Coordinate any corrections required in the actuals.
  • Keep close communication with the regional leadership team to ensure the actuals are aligned with the budgets. 
  • Influence the business to make correct decisions about structure costs spending to influence the performance positively and achieve the BEST 10.

  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong financial background, including knowledge of the Balance Sheet and P&L.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues.
  • Ability to transform financial data into key insights for decision making 
  • Great stakeholder management
  • Being able to manage sensitive/confidential information with markets.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel).
  • Proactive individual that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to encourage creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing company practices and mindsets. 
Personal Qualities
  • University degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or related discipline-
  • Strengths in building trusting relationships and influencing stakeholders to provide the necessary inputs to create accurate insights for markets
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and change approach as required
  • Advanced English – written and verbal (C1 level).
