Your Opportunity

The role will support the Global Marketing performance management team. Supporting in providing analysis and insights related to Advertising and Promotions (A&P) spend. Global Marketing consist of 11 brands and 5 support teams.
The role requires interactions across different functions as a resource to the markets and BES. This role will regularly interact with several organizational levels, ranging from staff to the Regional Senior Leadership team.  As a key enabling position in the service center, a customer service mindset is essential. 

About You

The Prim@ in the role requires strong analytical skills, being able to transform big amounts of financial data into meaningful insights for market decision makers.
Great customer service and well-developed communication skills are required for this position's success. 
In this role you will be able to influence the decision-making process for the A&P spending to impact positively the business performance and achieve the BEST 10.


With Our Consumer At The Heart, Your Key Focus Will Be:
  • Build and foster a solid business partnership with the key internal customers 
  • Validate the A&P (Advertising and Promotions) cost tracker to understand variances versus plans and recommend actions to all stakeholders.
  • Meet Global budget owners monthly and document actions.
  • Analyse drivers for variances versus plans and partner with function Primos to recommend ways to improve execution in the future.
  • Adhere to company forecasting guidelines and processes
  • Support tracking savings plans and opportunities – reviewing with marketing teams to support choices.
  • Support the A&P Costs budgeting process from reporting system perspective (budget upload and reconciliation)
  • Be the Finance support to Marketing budget owners.
  • Supporting update of the latest forecast (expected landing) for the full year
  • Execute and identify opportunities to automate, streamline and improve reporting and budgeting procedures.

To be successful in this role you will have / be:
  • Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Financial background, including knowledge of the Balance Sheet and P&L
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated team player - ability to build relationships and earn trust from all stakeholders.
  • Being able manage sensitive/confidential information with markets.
  • Experience on similar position (Cost Analyst, Financial Analyst for P&L) is an advantage.
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel).  Ability to work with IT systems; experience with SAP / TM1 is an advantage.
  • Proactive individual that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization, culturally sensitive and a strong communicator – able to interact effectively both with more senior Primos and peers.
Personal Qualities:
  • University degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or related discipline.
  • Strengths in building trusting relationships and influencing stakeholders to provide the necessary inputs to create accurate insights for markets
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and change approaches as required
  • Advanced English – written and verbal – is a must.
