Your Opportunity

As Senior HR Business Partner Europe you will be effectively partnering with and supporting the VP HR Europe and the wider Europe Leadership Team on driving all aspects of the Europe people plan to realize our ambition to make the next 10 years the best yet. You will be a true advocate of our Fearless, Family Founders culture.

This key role covers a wide variety of HR topics including succession planning, organizational health, primo training/development,
recruitment & onboarding, organization design, primo engagement and managing HRIS and compliance needs. You will be managing regional projects and provide analytical support and insights.

Innovative, with a restless passion for actionable insight you can engage with commercial and brand team Primos cross-functionally across the region. You are adept at identifying the needs of the business and formulating an aligned plan that delivers lasting results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

HR Business Partnering
  • Be part of the European HR Leadership team and cocreate and drive the people agenda for EUROC
  • Leading some of the people projects across the region as defined in the people agenda
  • Be the HR Business partner to Regional European LT members and their regional teams Finance, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence. Meaning you will be partnering with senior leaders to deliver the business, providing coaching and counselling in the areas of primo development, engagement, performance management, talent development and succession planning, change management, compensation & benefits, team building and ad hoc needs.
  • Ensure the recruitment, engagement and development of top talent across Europe
  • Create a fruitful environment for broader talent sharing among clusters, functions and regions to ensure a global reflective work force and environment
  • Work closely with cluster and global functions to ensure execution with brilliance & consistency.
  • Provide HR advice, guidance, and support to all primos based in the Amsterdam Office.
  • Partner closely with local HR and/or BEST team on robust recruitment, Becoming Bacardi on-boarding, integration & retention strategy.
  • Partnering on talent management and succession planning with clusters, global functions and the European and Global talent management team to build a healthy pipeline of talents.
  • Support and facilitate primo training and development programs such as Coaching to Win and Shaping your career.
  • In partnership with local HR, Regional C&B and Global Mobility, develop contract for international hires, expatriate promotions and internal transfers.
Create a winning team
  • Drive of our Fearless, Family & Founders culture in the Region and in our Amsterdam office.
  • Work closely with the broader HR teams across the Region and globally.
  • Partner with senior leaders to build strong functional lead team
  • Ensure employee engagement through Primo Engagement Survey (PES) action teams and leaders.
Measure of Success
  • Performance: Achieve priorities in alignment with annual objectives and quarterly priorities
  • Employee Engagement: Drive sustained improvement in engagement and enablement, as measured through the Primo Engagement Survey (PES) and usage of internal communications tools.
  • Financial: drive effective management of the regional structure cost

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Broad HR generalist experience with a focus on organizational change and talent management
  • Experience in building and delivering effective people strategies
  • Ability to lead change internationally by creation of close working partnerships
  • Experienced coach, comfortable partnering with senior executives
  • Independent thinker, strong business savvy and judgment to make independent decisions
  • Multicultural experience would be a plus
  • Aptitude in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create professional presentations
  • Be fluent in English a second language would be a plus
