In Senior Executive Safety role, you will lead Safety in the NNJ Plant and be a catalyst for a great Safety Culture. You will ensure governance & compliance with a ‘Zero is Possible’ attitude.

ABOUT YOU

By education, you should be a Science PG / B.E. You should have about 8-12 years of work-ex in the health & Safety domain.

You must be a passionate Safety Professional, who can influence people & drive a positive Safety Culture in the Organization.

An experience in driving British Safety Council Certification will be a great plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES

With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:
  • Support Regional SQS head in Sustainability MIS of the plant & Project Management
  • Support Regional SQS head in Quality MIS preparation, MRM , basic Quality training to Operators
  • Maintain accurate records of Safety compliance, performance, inspection and training session.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and use of Safety equipments as per supplier recommendation.
  •  Work closely with management, employees, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of safety.
  • Ensure Compliance of all statutory requirements related with Food and Safety laws.
  • Organize and conduct safety training programmes for employees.
  • Consolidate MIS on accidents/ incidents reported and investigated with root cause analysis.\
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessment to identify potential hazards and recommended corrective actions.
  •  Monitor implementation of EHS KPIs and EHS performance at the unit level.
  • and compliance.
  • Co-ordinate periodic EHS meetings (Monthly), Management reviews and provide guidance for EHS statutory Approval
  • Communicate and implement the laid down EHS principles, Standards, Guidelines procedures to all in the unit.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety systems
  • Experience in implementation of ISO 45001 requirements
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 requirements
  • Experience in Safety risk assessments - HIRA
  • Preferably NEBOSH certified
  • Knowledge of Safety regulation
  • Knowledge of QA / QC Systems
  • Excellence in communicating Safety, Quality issues and KPI’s to functional and line Managers.
  • Creative, Adaptable & Self-driven
