You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, and helping to identify and implement process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our Consumer at Heart Your Key Focus will be: 
  • Receive recruitment requisitions and organize the briefing with Hiring Managers and HR.
  • Post job advertisements in Next Move, External Careers, LinkedIn, and local job boards.
  • Screen CVs, schedule and execute interviews and tests.
  • Send selected CVs and interview notes to Hiring Managers and schedule interviews.
  • Inform unsuccessful candidates.
  • Perform reference checks and define salary for selected candidates.
  • Confirm receipt of the signed offer and send a welcome email to new hires.
  • Complete trackers report accurately and on time.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and anticipate potential issues.
  • Facilitate recruitment knowledge transfer and shadowing sessions for local markets.
  • Document and update recruitment processes and suggest process improvements.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, identify, and assess needs, and resolve complaints.
  • Develop personal skills and contribute to team development through training and knowledge transfer.
  • Promote Bacardi culture, and values, and participate in company and team activities.
  • Communicate effectively through different channels and explain processes to stakeholders as required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills and Experience needed to create your legacy:
  • Technical degree or currently studying Business Administration, Psychology Human Resources, Labour Relations, or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level) and French.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment or HR roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and intermediate customer service skills and ability to manage queries.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and process improvement experience.
  • Ability to work in a team and motivate others to achieve goals.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature or others) is desirable.
  • Desirable experience in process documentation and transition.
