Your Opportunity

We are looking for someone who is passionate about data analysis, has RGM (Revenue Growth Management) skills, and is ready to contribute to strategies that drive the growth of our company. If you are an analytical, dynamic person with a good strategic vision, we are looking for a Revenue Growth Management Analyst (RGM) who has a keen eye for identifying opportunities, a strategic profile and an analytical mind to support our growth and revenue maximization initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
  • Assist in implementing pricing policies, adjusting them according to market changes, costs and competition.
  • Assist in defining comprehensive pricing policies, including recommended price to consumer, customer margin and trade discounts (on/off-invoice), among others.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of the pricing strategies adopted, proposing adjustments to maximize revenue.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of promotions, campaigns and discounts, ensuring that they deliver value and results aligned with the company's financial objectives.
  • Work with the sales team to optimize the use of distribution channels, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct market research and monitor the competition to understand dynamics and best practices that can be applied to the company.
  • Work with different areas (finance, marketing, sales, supply chain) to align and implement RGM strategies in a cohesive manner.
  • Assist in the analysis and management of the product portfolio, helping to identify which items should be prioritized or discontinued, aiming to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams in defining pricing strategies and launching new products or services, ensuring that the proposed value is aligned with market expectations

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The skills and experience needed to create your legacy
  • Previous experience in RGM, data analysis commercial/sales finance, business intelligence, sales operations, or other related areas.
  • Experience with dynamic pricing models, sales channel analysis and product portfolio management.
  • Experience with price management, promotions, distribution channels and revenue growth strategies.
  • Ability to work with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and extract meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of BI and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) will be considered as a differential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Personal Qualities
  • Education: A degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas is desirable.
  • Experience: RGM, Pricing or a similar role and experience in FMCG companies.
  • Languages: Advanced knowledge in English (spoken and written), Spanish will be considered as a differential.
  • People Agility: You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performance
  • Results Agility: You demonstrate consistent delivery of results in first-time situations by inspiring teams, exhibiting a presence that builds confidence in yourself and others.
