RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing the BTL strategy for WIKC/Hotspots for a defined geography, working cross functionally to deliver execution aligned to brand strategy. Elevating our execution to deliver maximum return and the triple win for the guest, our customers and brands.
- Finding the winning formula for our customers and consumers, whilst building our brands for the long-term.
- Comfortable identifying gaps and evolving toolkits to deliver the level of personalisation needed to win. Always whilst staying aligned to the brand priority programs and core jobs to be done.
- With an external focus, owning the activation agenda for a defined range of customers. Working in partnership with Sales & Advocacy.
- Building long-term relationships with key strategic customers, internally & externally.
- Contribute to the IAP cycle. Bringing a WIKC/Hotspot perspective to the BTL discussion.
- Maximise ROI from A&P, setting clear objectives for all investment decisions and evaluating in a timely manner. Including GTN spend.
- Amplifying ‘Gold’ activations, working cross functionally to elevate brand building execution.
- Ongoing management of A&P budgets, including phasing and invoice/PO processes.
- Business partner for priority customers. Owning the BTL activity proposal for customer tenders.

- Channel expert, with a strong knowledge of how the priority customers operate, the key barriers to success and how to win through partnership.
- Thrives on being a key contact for customers, whilst balancing internal and external priorities.
- At ease engaging and motivating others, driving joint ownership between functions (internal or external).
- Action orientated, comfortable voicing their opinion and driving the agenda forward, whilst always being a collaborative team player.
- High energy and driven, at ease overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, whilst empowering those around them to drive momentum.
- A self-starter, with the ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
- Possessing an entrepreneurial style, thriving on being a key contact for partner functions, as well as influencing internally and coordinating commercial priorities.
- Advanced in prioritisation and making bold choices.
- Strong presentation skills and at ease flexing to the moment / audience.
- Fluent command in English. Essential.
- Minimum 3 years experience within Marketing or Commercial.
- To clarify, this must include experience of delivering customer activations, events or Advocacy programs. Be that whilst working for a Brand Owner, Agency or in the trade with leading regional/national customer(s).
- Experience of the Spirits and/or Beverage industry in the market is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of the channel achieved by working directly with or for key customers (in a Marketing or Commercial capacity).
- Proven track record in positive stakeholder management.
- Exposure to Bacardi Way Of Growth for Marketing on how to build brands sustainably and effectively.
