What Does A Supply Chain Fulfillment & Innovation Coordinator DO?

The Supply Chain Fulfilment & Innovation Coordinator is a newly created role within Bacardi OC Supply Chain that reports into the Planning Manager. The two key areas of responsibility are:
  1. To establish a fulfilment function which coordinates on-time supply of orders by facilitating communication & exchange of information between Planning & our Customers (Export).
  2.  To oversee all supply chain activities related to new product introductions and ensure successful launch, including phase in & out. 
About You

The ideal candidate for this position is able to work ?with multiple projects simultaneously and has excellent organizational and communication skills. 

The Supply Chain Fulfilment & Innovation coordinator is someone proactive and with a continuous improvement mindset .


With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:
  • Drive Supply Chain alignment and communication to deliver successful launch of new product initiatives
  • Ownership & Delivery of Supply Chain aspect of Innovation Projects – On Time Delivery of Projects & Minimal Wastage on Run Out, Write Off Provisions
  • Write Off Management – Provision estimation, Creation and Processing of Write Offs Blocked & Slow Moving FG & Materials Stock Management – Target Minimal / Zero w/o
  • FG & Material Obsolescence Management
  • Key link between Innovation Team & Supply Chain Team
  • KPI Reporting – Project Minimal Write Off Targets, FG Write Off Targets, Blocked & Slow Moving Stock Reduction
  • Ensure effective team work internally and externally to drive communications at the right time for accurate decision making and task identification.
  • Ensure customer order integrity vs agreed standards (lead-time, cases/layers/pallets) (Export only)
  • Coordinate communication & action between Planning, Logistics & Customer to ensure supply of orders vs customer needs
  • Involvement in OFR reporting (NAM & Export)
  • Drive Continuous Improvement


The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:
  • 5 years + Extensive Supply Chain knowledge
  • Possess the capacity to manage and co-ordinate multiple tasks, projects and priorities. 
  • Project Management knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of production planning techniques and challenges in FMCG environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of Bacardi System desirable/Product Life Cycle Management. 
  • Excellent analytical/data skills to determine course of actions required to match supply and demand
