RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elaborar planes de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correcto, y dar seguimiento a las órdenes de mantenimiento y su cumplimiento.
- Garantizar funcionalidad y capacidad operativa de los equipos mediante la atención oportuna de fallas en los equipos a su cargo de acuerdo con los procedimientos de su área.
- Programación de variadores de frecuencia con los parámetros adecuados para cada motorreductor.
- Ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo a los tableros eléctricos, equipos y componentes electrónicos: PLC / Variadores, etc.
- Generar base de datos de equipos electrónicos y programar cambios de acuerdo con obsolescencia.
- Creación de solicitudes de pedido u órdenes de compra mediante SRM o SAP y atención a proveedores.
- Dar entrada y salida a materiales del almacén de refacciones. Administrar eficientemente los niveles de inventario y realizar conteos cíclicos en SAP.
- Alta de equipos y creación de ubicaciones técnicas mediante SAP en nuevos proyectos. Actualizar listado de equipos y refacciones críticas.
- Creación y actualización de hojas de rutas, planes de Mantenimiento y programación de órdenes de mantenimiento mediante SAP con base en las necesidades de la operación.
- Garantizar la comunicación con los usuarios del proceso de mantenimiento para cumplir los programas preventivos y correctivos de acuerdo con las normas y procedimientos aplicables.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los controles operacionales asociados a peligros y riesgos identificados para mantenimiento. Así mismo, reportar y gestionar actos y condiciones inseguras.
- Cumplir con las disposiciones de Manejo integral de residuos, manejo de sustancias químicas peligrosas, respuesta a emergencias e identificar los aspectos e impactos ambientales del área.
- Cumplir con los prerrequisitos operativos de inocuidad aplicables al área, así como las disposiciones al personal que regulan las prácticas obligatorias que de forma directa o indirecta pueden afectar la higiene, salubridad y calidad del producto.
