YOUR OPPORTUNITY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process PO/GR requests for all AMEA locations on Indirect materials.
- Connect with budget owners and market stakeholders on requirements.
- GR and Open PO aging and follow up and closure.
- Advance payments/Urgent payment process for vendors
- Create vendor master data requests and to coordinate the execution with the MDG super user
- Compliance to local & Global and Procurement policy compliance of PTP
- Monitor accuracy of master data
- Invoice backlog monitoring and invoice query resolution
- Raise tickets to resolve issues, to add or remove SRM users etc
- Drive process efficiencies
- Attend corporate and GBS trainings
- Develop training materials for budget owners jointly with Manager and provide training sessions
- Support with process controls, internal and external audits.
- Assist the clerks in the team whenever there is a peak in workload with PO creation, maintenance and follow up
- PTP transactions end to end routing into SAP/SRM
- Data consolidation with advanced excel and PPT (MS office)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous AP and/or procurement experience
- Strong business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team player
- Strong ownership of the PO’s raised
- Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service
- Proactive individual that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter who requires minimal direction and support
- Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment
- Good understanding of internal controls, standards and processes to ensure data integrity
- Culturally sensitive and a strong communicator – able to interact effectively with all levels with the organization

- Ability to work effectively and achieve results in a matrix organization
- Process focused with an understanding of end to end business processes and their financial impacts
- Skilled at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and resource constraints to optimize results
- Ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership
- Strong oral and written communication & presentation skills
- IT Skills: Experience with SAP and SRM are a plus
- Language Skills: English advanced - any other language is a plus
