To be a part of Bacardi Enterprise Services team, being responsible for Master data freight & logistics management as well as other transactional support to ensure perfect service to our internal & external Clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

Freight Master Data:
  • Work in several system environment (BI, APO, ECC, External sources).
  • Maintain freight master data tables for new customer, carriers or routes creation.
  • Regularly improve completeness and quality of data.
  • Guarantee a regular and accurate freight rate population.
  • Responsible to produce the SOX rates audit and control.
  • Develop a continuous improvement activity.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate reports and KPIs on data quality.
  • Collaborate into new flow/route to market configuration for Testing & simulation with our IT.
  • Coordinate Customer data maintenance with freight implication such as incoterms.   
Freight data flow:
  • Proactively monitor regional outbound and inbound movements (milestones, regular meetings with 4PL).
  • Ensure message transmission from and to Bacardi ERP System.
  • Collaborate with the control tower organization to maintain relevant Data for Business Continuity.
Freight Tool and System Maintenance:
  • Manage tickets with all freight tools or associated such as Visibility platforms.
  • Maintain people access.
  • Ensure tools configuration such as carrier onboarding.
Freight In-transit and logistic claims management:
  • Responsible of our Distributor Complain data base for in transit issues classification, record and reporting.
  • Key manager for freight claims from end to end.
Team Leader:
  • Assistance with ad hoc cases to improve the performance of the team.
  • Overseeing team & market needs.
  • Coordinate the daily tasks of the team to achieve our KPIS and ensure that the customer service is provided with excellence and professionalism.
  • Have regular Let’s talk conversation with the team and support their career plans.
  • Lead calls & communication with external and internal users

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience (2 years) in transportation management, master data management 
  • Must have the ability to work independently and focus on details, problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Knowledge of global transportation modes, terms, high level processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to report and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive optimization initiatives.
  • Expert in Excel management or other relevant software applications to handle large data.
  • Experienced in ERP logistic tool application.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Good organizational skills to facilitate structure and distribution of tasks among the team.
  • Demonstrate a strong (and collaborative) leadership style that empowers the teamwork to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Delegating tasks and set deadlines for internal team.
  • Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training.
