You have strong analytical skills, solid marketing expertise, especially within digital and experiential, as well as deep consumer & trends understanding.

As a Martini Brand Manager in Poland you will:
  • Work within matrix organisation, cooperating closely with local team as well as regional marketing team
  • Contribute to the development of brand & category strategy for the market based on existing global & regional frameworks
  • Provide deep & insightful consumer, category and brand performance analysis
  • Co-create annual integrated activity plans and develop brand’s activations in cooperation with other departments
  • Manage excellent execution of brand plans: from media planning through creators & influencers cooperation and events to supervising On And Off Trade activations
  • Cooperate with external partners: media house, agencies, influencers, key On Trade partners
  • Manage marketing budget and take responsibility for Measure & Effectiveness of the activations


To be successful in this role you will have/be:
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and 2-3 years managing brands as Junior/Brand Manager in fast and agile environment
  • Proved successes in brand management & excellent executions
  • Experience & good expertise within digital and influencer marketing
  • Experience in brand performance and marketing budget management
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to prepare meaningful presentations and convince stakeholders
  • High analytical skills
  • Fluent Polish and English spoken and written
The following experiences are preferred:
  • Cross Cultural Communication skills
  • FMCG, Drinks and Luxury Category
  • Degree and/or professional Marketing qualifications
  • Good understanding of currents trends and popculture
