Your Opportunity

This is your chance to work in collaboration with brilliant strategic business leaders across the marketing organization. You’ll be reporting into the Global Vice President of Strategic Insights and Analytics, partnering tightly with the Global Marketing Community to deploy the Effectiveness and Efficiency learning agenda to drive value for the Bacardi Portfolio.

You will be responsible to deploy tools and methodologies that help us measure our performance within the category and improve our marketing resource allocation... 

This is about develop a fact-based decision-making culture, rooted in agility and collaboration across the marketing community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
  • Lead the Global Framework for Market Share Reporting across our Key Business Milestones and Stakeholders using Industry Data (IWSR) and the relevant Retail data available by Channel in our key priority Markets.
  • In collaboration with the Regional Strategic leaders, conduct the Annual Industry Performance Review to identify opportunities and threads across the Global.
  • Continuously assess the best data and partners that could help us to elevate our Market and Competitive Intelligence Capabilities.
  • Being an advocate for the Measurement and Evaluation Framework.at BACARDI, establishing clear protocols and methodologies to measure the Effectiveness and Efficiency of our main Marketing Investments (Media, BTL, Promo, PR, Experiential, etc.).
  • Elevate our Marketing Mix Modelling Capabilities that will help us to inform and predict the long term impact of our key marketing investment.
  • Elevate our Consumer Equity Tracker Platform Knowledge and Usage across the organization. 
  • Establish and integrated Business Review Process integrating Market and Consumer response that help us to identify opportunities and risk in our business priorities. Connect different data sources that can inform actions and hypothesis to improve our business performance.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The skills and experience needed to create your legacy
  • You’ve led transformational growth through category and consumer insight.  The position requires at least ten years of work experience in consumer insights/market research or related field. Specially within advanced analytics, Marketing Mix Modelling, Data Visualization and Strategic Market Assessment.
  • You are skilled in using data to help senior stakeholders make tough decisions. Highly skilled in synthesising data from multiple sources and distilling crisp, tangible, and meaningful business insights and actions.
  • You’ve conducted research projects at a global, regional and local level, experienced in a broad range of quantitative and qualitative research methods and ability to apply them pragmatically to business issues.
  • Advanced analytics, Modelling, Data Visualization and Data Management skills are fundamental for the success of this role.
  • Digital Skills are required.
  • Drinks and Media experience is desirable.
  • BS/BA required - MBA highly desirable
  • People and Vendors management skills are required.
