RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gestionar y controlar la operación de las áreas de almacenes (internos y Externos), envasado y maquiladores cumpliendo con la calidad y seguridad de los procesos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de envasado (Interno y maquilador) en tiempo, forma, calidad y costo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de cargas y descargas en tiempo, forma, calidad y costos.
- Colaborar y cumplir los requerimientos del sistema de gestión integrado (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 450001) y HACCP.
- Gestionar con planeación el suministro de los recursos materiales necesarios para los requerimientos del mercado cuidando las políticas de PEPS y MAX-MIN.
- Gestiona con Mantenimiento la ejecución de programas preventivos y correctivos a las instalaciones y equipos de manufactura.
- Implementar estrategias eficientes de recursos humanos, materiales y capitales para dar cumplimento al LTDP (Long Term Demand Plan).
- Identificar e Impulsar mejoras para la reducción de los gastos de operación mediante proyectos de mejora continua.
- Control de nuevos proyectos, desarrollo de equipos e implementación de dispositivos para obtener mayor eficacia.
- Asegurar se cumplan las condiciones de Seguridad, Orden y Limpieza de las distintas áreas, así como apoyar y participar en brigadas de seguridad.
- Asegurar el control de almacén de insumos y producto terminado estableciendo límites máximos y mínimos balanceando el costo y disponibilidad.
- Desarrollo de competencias y desempeño del personal a cargo.
- Participar en el desarrollo, implementación y ejecución del sistema BCP para la planta de Arandas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento a las Mejores Prácticas Operacionales definidas en el BOS (Bacardi Operating System).
- Colaborar de forma activa para el desarrollo de nuevos productos y desarrollo de CAPEX.
- Promover un buen clima laboral proporcionando los recursos necesarios para el desempeño seguro de las actividades del personal a su cargo.
- Cumplir con los planes de acción derivados de auditorías.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Inglés avanzado con nivel de conversación de negocios
- Conocimientos de Mecánica general, Neumática general, electricidad general, hidráulica general
- Metodologías Lean Manufacturing; Six Sigma, 6S’s TPM y EAD´s (Certificado Black belt deseable)
- Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura
- Administración de inventarios (PEPS, UEPS, slotting, IRA) SAP
- Administración de presupuestos
- Administración de personal
- Conocimiento en Sistemas de gestión Integrados (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 y HACCP)
- Buen trabajo en equipo, buena comunicación además de ser bueno planeando y organizando.
- Requiere buen manejo de gestión del cambio, innovación y orientarse a resultados.
