Your Opportunity

As Manager, Tech Operations, Security & Compliance, you will support ongoing Operations related to the User Access Administration and Management of the Bacardi Global SAP instance as well as other Key Enterprise Applications. 

You will manage a Manila-based Security team, supporting a Global Tech function related to the User Administration, Authoration Management, Security and Compliance of Bacardi-owned and used Applications.

About You 
  • You will be responsible to deliver key performance targets as defined for your Tech services function
  • You will identify opportunities for continuous improvement on Operations and Project support for Application Security.
  • You will lead the Manila Application Security organisation, ensuring proper management, and development of the team. 
  • You will build and maintain effective relationships with key business partners and the Tech leadership team

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • The position requires the candidate to work as part of the Global Security Operations team handling the specific area of User Access to address the user access/security provisioning operations and service, respecting the existing Security Architecture in place. Technical expertise mainly calls for SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance skills, but expertise in other Enterprise Applications will also be equally important to the role.
  • Position duties will include managing the Manila Application Security team - which involves day-to-day Operations support, Projects Management and support, Team capacity planning, People Administration duties, Escalation Management, etc.
  • This position also entails management and reporting of key operational metrics and KPI’s, working with our Tech Operations partner for day-to-day concerns and operational best practices, providing security support to enhancements and projects, and ensuring users have proper authorization to perform needed tasks related to their job functions. The position will also assist lead other team members in defining new security policies and procedures.
  • Vendor management - Monitor the day to day service level from our external partners/vendors, and 
  • Conduct regular meeting with vendor to review performance & SLA
  • Close communication and working procedures are required with various stakeholders across the company, both within the development teams, and also in “the business” to review business and functional requirements and translate into technical requirements.
  • As part of the migration of changes from the development environment to live systems, the development, documentation, and execution of test protocols as part of proper User Acceptance Testing is required. 
  • Some preparation and maintenance of documentation is required especially as they relate to operational procedures.
  • Your ability to operate and orchestrate seamlessly within the matrix will be critical for your success in this role and of the function.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • The successful candidate will possess 8+ years experience in similar work in the SAP environment and will be totally familiar with the necessary SAP toolsets/functionalities in the Security and Authorizations objects / User Access administration & management areas. 
  • Technical knowledge (implementation, maintenance, development) of GRC 10.1 will also be extremely advantageous.
  • Management experience of handling a team is also a must. Position duties will include managing the Manila Application Security team - which involves day-to-day Operations support, Projects management and support, Escalations management, team capacity planning, people administration duties, etc.
  • Educational Requirements: University Degree or equivalent 
The Following Experiences are recommended:
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP software / Security Architecture and Role-based authorization models for SAP ECC, SAP BI, SAP SRM, SAP MDG, and SAP SCM is needed as well as a good overall SAP Functional & Business process-knowledge. 
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA DB, SAP Cloud Platform and SAP FIORI User and Role Administration is a must
  • Management experience of handling a team is also a must. Position duties will include managing the Manila Application Security team - which involves day-to-day Operations support, Projects management and support, Escalations management, team capacity planning, people administration duties, etc.
  • Experience working with Audit teams - Regular communication, negotiations and critical representation of the Application Security team to our Auditors is an asset.
  • Experience working with SoD (Segregation of Duties) Risk Matrix ideally on SAP GRC 10.1 
  • Functional and security knowledge of SAP Solution Manager is an asset. 
  • An understanding of Microsoft Active Directory services would be advantageous 
  • Experience with a Single Sign On / Identity Management Solution is a plus.
  • Experience working in a matrix and geographically diverse business model is Critical. 
  • Demonstrated ability to create and work to project plans in an PMO administered environment is required. 
  • Ability to work effectively and independently, leading a team, in a fast paced changing environment -- multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner. 
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. 
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail and task follow-up skills.
