RESPONSIBILITIES

With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:
  • Ensure the following:
    • Safety & Quality KPIs are met at all the Copacker Sites & Bacardi owned sites in the Region.
    • Work practises are uniform across region & best practises are replicated across sites.
    • Round Robin tests are conducted & helps site SQS in getting the desired results. 
    • SQS team is trained & is aware of the Global SQS requirements.
    • India data is updated for Safety & Quality in the Global Data Base
    • Consumer & distributors complaints for the region are addressed with proper root-cause analysis & actions; ensure that complaints are not repeated.
    • Supplier Complaints are addressed by the Supplier in 21 working days with CAPA & Credit Note
  • Has a proactive approach & is able to analyse risks for any new proposed changes.
  • Conducts Cross-Audits, prepares reports & can identify opportunities of improvement.
  • Plans & Conducts Vendor Audits (RGB Suppliers, RM, PM & Service Providers)
  • Reviews & maintains skill matrix of the SQS team.
  • Keeps the Safety & Quality MIS ready & updated.
  • Prepares & Controls SQS Budget across his/ her region.
  • Promotes correct behaviours through personal example.
  • Coaches & guides the Site SQS leaders. 
  • Demonstrates Bacardi’s Culture of Founder, Fearless & Family
  • Contributes to continually Improving the Safety & Quality Performance by executing Improvement Projects
  • Helps in Stabilizing the new Plants. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Masters in Chemistry or related fields/ Bachelors in Engineering 
  • Minimum of 10 years functional experience preferably in Food industries in Quality & Safety Domain
  • Knowledge of Safety Systems like ISO 45K
  • HACCP / FSSC 22K Certified Internal Auditor
  • Six Sigma Green Belt & Exposure to Lean Concepts
  • Must have team-management skills.

  • TRAVEL: The position requires travel to market, to other sites & to Supplier location
