Your Opportunity

The HRIS (HR Information Systems) Team manages and supports global HR solutions throughout the Company. Within the HRIS Team our HR Solutions Managers partner with the relevant areas in our business (such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) to identify opportunities to develop the future TECH roadmap in alignment with our business strategy. 

As a Manager HR Solutions (Talent Acquisition), you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and maintenance of global HR solutions that support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and other key stakeholders in this area to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and deliver solutions that enhance the candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience. You will also ensure the alignment of the Talent Acquisition solutions with the overall TECH strategy and architecture, as well as the compliance with data privacy and security standards.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition solutions portfolio, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System), CRM (Candidate Relationship Management), assessment tools, sourcing platforms, screening tools, etc.
  • Build strong relationships and partner with the Talent Acquisition team and other cross-functional teams to understand the business needs, prioritize enhancements, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and deliver solutions that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. 
  • Work in the HRIS team on other relevant domains (C&B, Talent etc.) and ensure cross domain support & knowledge transfer.
  • Lead the project management of new and existing Talent Acquisition solutions, ensuring these meet the business requirements and follow the best practices.
  • Build out the visibility and accessibility of solutions support and develop training and communication channels to support this.  
  • Partner with the TECH team and external vendors to ensure the integration, performance, scalability, security and reliability of the Talent Acquisition solutions.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Talent Acquisition solutions, using data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and develop capabilities around the relevant solutions and support the relevant stakeholders with training, documentation and guidance.  
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and best practices in the Talent Acquisition domain and propose innovative solutions that can drive business results and competitive advantage.
  • Please note: the role requires shifts in APAC or CET time zone.


The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Proven experience in implementing, configuring, managing and supporting Talent Acquisition solutions, such as Avature, Workday, LinkedIn, etc. is a requirement;
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Robust project management, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to drive change.
  • Strong knowledge of the Talent Acquisition process and best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, etc.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand the business needs, deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations, and provide ongoing support.
  • High level of curiosity, creativity and innovation, with the ability to research and evaluate new technologies and solutions in the Talent Acquisition domain and translate resulting initiatives to all functions and levels.
  • Good knowledge of GDPR, HR Governance and Legislation required in the HR Digital area
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global and diverse team.
