YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Responsible for guaranting product receipt process – finish goods + raw materials. Direct contact with Planning and BES teams to assure that any issue is solved. Responsible for refusals process, ensuring that the three 3PL responsible for our distribution centers are following the process as they should. Main contact with internal and external customers regarding returns, controling the process is following the target days and has the visibility needed to sales people. Responsible for daily invoicing process at SAP, with TMS system management to pick ups and deliveries follow up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • GR process validation and accomplishment – contact with 3 DCs, copackers and supply team; 
  • Refusals process – guarantee that target is being accomplished and that all stakeholders have the visibility needed, with weekly FUP with DCs;
  • First contact of Incident with carriers and customers;
  • Responsible for daily invoicing process for three distribution centers – sugesting process improvements and opportunities;
  • Daily contact with carriers to assure that pickup process is being followed according to target – start the process in TMS system;
  • Promote a continuous improvement enviroment with processes improvement suggstions with the  “think outside the box” perspective.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Critical Experiences for Success 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, Logistics or equivalent (Required).
  • SAP ECC and SAP APO (Wanted).
  • Project Management Experience (Wanted).
  • Intermediate English (Wanted)
  • Spanish (Wanted)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (Wanted);
  • Good knowledge of Excel (Required).
  • Power BI or similar knowledge is desired (Wanted).
