YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Your Opportunity

As part of the Planning & Logistics team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end flow of goods from our manufacturing facilities to our Thailand customers, ensuring on time in full delivery per SLA and within supply chain targets. You will ensure compliance to all excise/custom requirements, documentation and import clearance in coordination with the clearing agency to ensure seamless import of goods. You will own the billing process to Bacardi customers and manage warehousing & inventory movement activities, including SAP transactions and master data management.

About You 

You are highly enthusiastic and action-oriented person with strong interpersonal skills, having consumer and customer in your heart. You possess attention to details and have a knack of forging strong relationships with internal co-workers as well as external stakeholders. You have experience in handling excise/custom procedures, desirably in Alcobev or related industry and are well versed with import compliance/documentation requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Manage daily ordering and billing process, carry out system transactions related to goods receipt, dispatch, goods issue, invoice generation and stocks management.
  • Be the first POC with Tradall, clearing agency and WH service providers for smooth flow of goods into the country.
  • Carry out SRM PO generation, transaction verification and reconciliation, maintain correct pricing, pricing conditions, pricing changes, tax changes, NPD related system changes and master data maintenance, issue debit/credit notes, stocks clearance plan etc
  • Manage all customs, excise and legal documentation in time bound manner to ensure compliance and stocks clearance out of port in time. Create and submit documents related to compliance like label registration, COA, COO, excise license due to structure cost changes, monthly reports for excise submission etc
  • Manage invoice copies to be sent to relevant parties, sample stocks receipt and clearance, vendor payments, Keep track of costs in line with budgeted costs
  • Convert sales forecast into inventory plan, manage stocks coverage, to adhere to the working capital and replenishment plan requirements
  • Create and Maintain SAP system master data, convert inventory plans into purchase orders,
  • Take part in demand review meetings as and when needed, share stock reports with commercial/CS teams, manage warehouse activities related to stock receipts and dispatches

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, logistics or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in handling customs and excise, logistics and WH related activities is required.
  • Experience in Customer service, and working knowledge of demand and supply planning activities and S&OP is desirable
  • English and Thai language fluency required.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP, MRP, ECC, APO/IBP, MS office with strong excel/data management skills is desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of Order to Cash, Inventory to fulfil and Forecast to Stock processes is an added advantage
