Strategic role designed to provide comprehensive financial oversight and support to ensure the cost-efficient and effective operation of supply chain processes. 

This position is a crucial role in budgeting, financial planning, and performance management, focusing on warehouse costs, transportation expenses, logistics KPIS, and inventory control.


ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with a background in finance business partnering in supply chain or manufacturing. 

They possess strong analytical and technical skills in financial planning and reporting, with expertise in inventory control, warehouse cost management, and transportation logistics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Serve as the financial business partner for the Supply Chain, providing critical data and analysis for decision-making on productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Manage and control warehouse costs, transportation expenses, and inventory accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key supply chain KPIs to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decisions.
  • Lead and improve financial oversight for external manufacturing operations, focusing on quality, delivery, and cost management.
  • Set and drive productivity targets, ensuring operations stay within budget while maximizing efficiency.
  • Transform the finance team into a high-performing unit that effectively partners with leadership and supports monthly and annual planning processes.

  • Proficiency in financial planning, data analysis, and reporting on company performance.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on the consumer industry and supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical skills to derive actionable insights from numerical data.
  • Teamwork: 1+1 > 2
  • Experience with SAP, Office, Power BI, or similar reporting systems.
  • Proven leadership abilities to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with business partners.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying financial insights and recommendations.
