What Does A Supply Chain Fulfilment & Innovation Coordinator Do? 
  • To perform a fulfilment function which coordinates on-time supply of Export orders by facilitating communication & exchange of information between Planning, Logistics, Processing, Transport Providers & our Customers (Finished Goods & Bulk Liquid).
  • Complete documentation & transactions required for shipments of Export orders, both finished goods & bulk liquid.
(Please note that working hours of this role will need to be staggered (likely 10am – 6pm) with existing team to cover shipment hours)

  • The ideal candidate for this position is able to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and has excellent organizational and communication skills. 
  • Good attention to detail and a passion for delivering results with the customer at the heart.


With Our Consumer At The Heart, Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To:
  • Coordinate order management, transport bookings and shipment of bulk liquid orders as part of Project Ocean
  • Coordinate the tracking of ‘pooled’ tankers with Logistics partner to ensure continuous flow and traceability
  • Ensure correct documentation is completed in accordance with required standard for every shipment
  • Reporting of weekly shipments vs plan
  • Ensure full compliance with TTB & Customs regulations
  • Ensure customer order integrity vs agreed standards (lead-time, cases/layers/pallets) (Export only)
  • Communicate upcoming production cycle with appropriate markets for placement of orders
  • Establish order cadence in alignment with Production Run Strategy
  • Coordinate communication & action between Planning, Logistics & Customer to ensure supply of orders vs customer needs
  • Involvement in OFR / OTIF reporting (NAM & Export)
  • Drive Continuous Improvement


The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:
  • 3 years + Supply Chain knowledge, ideally in Import / Export or qualification in relevant field
  • Degree Education
  • Possess the capacity to manage and co-ordinate multiple tasks, projects and priorities. 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of production planning techniques and challenges in FMCG environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Good knowledge of Bacardi System desirable 
  • Excellent analytical/data skills to determine course of actions required to match supply and demand
