YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a MARTINI® & BOMBAY® Brand Support Intern who will work closely with the Brand Management team to support on a wide variety of tasks and projects on our unique historical brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in Marketing, in the spirits industry. In return you will be working with passionate people in an awesome office environment and have the opportunity to develop your skills. 

The intern will be interfacing directly with all the company’s functions, actively participating in brand management and liaise with external agencies and partners.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing plan:

Identify new trends, new opportunities for the brand

Contribute to the creation and support of key marketing campaigns

Influencer plan: support the operational management of the project (planning, implementation, amplification)

Sampling: support on the development and roll-out of the trial plan

Strong support for Digital Commerce activations

Monitor expenses and budget

Contribute to the execution of the Advocacy Plan within the bartender community


Internal&external communications:

Internal:  monthly newsletter communications to all the primos

Help on presentations

External:  contact with agencies, development of communication media and events

Market analysis:

Ad hoc analysis of brand performances

Report market trends,  competition activities (campaign, launches)


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or similar field.

A post graduate degree is a plus and any exposure or experience (in a previous internship) in business intelligence, Marketing would be ideal. 

Languages : Fluent in English is a must.

 

Skills & Knowledge required:

·       Interest over Cocktails and Aperitivo industry

·       Strong analytical skills is a must (excellent knowledge of Excel)

·       Comfortable with data management

·       Business and consumer curiosity

·       Open to learn and face new challenges

·       Problem solving and result driven

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Effective communication skills, enthusiasm and proactive attitude

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment
