RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will be responsible for executing the customer marketing strategy for our Brands in the On- & Off Trade Channel 
  • Ownership of the Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) and budget process for both channels. To ensures all members of the commercial organization & distributor team are understand key jobs to be done and are aligned to the key marketing, promotion, pricing, shopper, point of sales, and events to be activated to deliver the yearly budget commitments. 
  • The Head of Customer Marketing a member of the Thailand Leadership team and through their commercial responsibility and A&P management, a co-owner of the business P&L, and therefore must be a strong advocate for the Commercial needs internally and for the Customer needs, to ensure our plans and activation are aligned to strategy and the practical realities and timing of execution for the Thai market. 
  • Ensure implementation of marketing activity programs are communicated and co-ordinate in time with commercial and distributor team to activate with all customers. 
  • Ensure the implementation of the through the line Activation Plan by ensuring that the On-Trade activation plans are imbedded in the sales plans, customer plans and field priorities. Also, ensures that the activation plan is adjusted and enhanced where necessary. 
  • Lead on the process of brand experiential & partnership with on-trade customers - that are aligned to brand strategy and initiatives, within given budgets. 
  • Develop the On-Trade Activation Plan which bring the brands strategies to life in market and maximize Bacardi sales to the target. To ensures creation and excellent execution of purchaser and trade programs to maximize purchaser conversion, channel standards (frequency/depth), KPIs, and other support for the on-trade channel that ensures growth for Bacardi’s portfolio and enhancement of AVQPAP .
  • Facilitate, develop, allocate, maintenance and control of Point of Sale Materials (POSM), bar supply, Give with 
  • Purchase (GWP) and display unit to support Marketing and Sales. 
  • Control quality and ensure consistency of all POSM according to global standards 
  • Conduct Competitor and Market Intelligence evaluation and analysis and send out to all business units for responsible channel. 
  • Use Retail audit and Brand tracking to evaluate BTL activations. 
  • Conduct regular field assessment for all launched activations. 
  • Recommend the course of action and correction for future activation based on the learning of past activations. 
  • Ensure the record of day-to-day expense tracking, purchase requisition, and department record keeping for the On- & Off Trade channel. 
  • Ensure that the spending are assigned, inline to budget allocation and measurement (return on investment and profitability).
  • Tracks KPI’s and monthly scorecard 
  • Ensure the proper communication of work in own task across all business units in company.
  • Ensure self-development, improvement and follow company HR code of conduct.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Lead & Manage a team (along with clear roles & responsibilities) as well as multiple internal & external key stakeholders 
  • Follow & Maintain a high level of execution with luxury standards for activations and assets. 
  • Experiences in establishing and managing customers.
  • Ability to lead & execute brand strategies and developing marketing programs 
  • Skilled in launching marketing initiatives within a corporate environment. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications 
  • 3+ years’ experience in developing and executing to marketing strategy in a consumer goods environment, preferably in a company recognized for its successful product leadership and execution of marketing programs. 
  • Ability to deal with complex negotiations, influencing, conflict resolution. 
  • Budget management experience and P&L/analytical diagnostics capability 
  • Knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry and experience in a liquor-controlled environment is a distinct benefit 
  • Ability to manage On-Trade and consumer insight experience. 
  • Fluency in both English and Thai.
