What Does An Senior HR Manager Do?

The French Supply  is responsible for the production and supply of Bacardi’s brand of Vodka ,Cognac and liquors, including Grey Goose, d’Ussé , St Germain, Eristoff, Get 27 etc.

The HR Manager role is a key role in supporting the French  leadership team to people initiatives including employee engagement, sourcing talent, succession planning and talent management, employee relations, values and culture, union relationships, organizational review and design, performance management, HR systems, and compensation and benefits.
  • Partners with management to develop and deploy HR programmes covering the key global HR pillars
  • Acts as a first point of contact for all HR related matters
  • Supports employees in all aspects of human resources to ensure a strong sense of family and care
  • Ensures high quality application of HR services, policies, and programmes.
  • Contributes to strategy development through the provision of HR solutions that demonstrate added value

RESPONSIBILITIES

With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:

BUILDING BEST IN PRACTICE HR: 
  • You will be responsible of 3 direct reports including HR Business Partners and lead the HR support function for approximately 200 employees across France supply ( Temporary includes - 5 locations) 
BUSINESS PARTNERING: 
  • Be a genuine HR business partner for the assigned functions
  • Provide coaching and counselling to the senior leaders, 
  • Build, maintain and continually look to grow effective and impactful relationships with local unions 
  • Be seen as a credible and skilled HR business partner and champion the talent and teams you work with
  • Have and share a ‘business’ mind when working with the teams, expanding beyond HR matters
HR STRATEGY AND PROGRAMS: 
  • Help support the development of the HR strategy and ensure implementation of it across the relevant functions
  • Engage teams and drive deployment of key processes and programs
  • Take the lead in key initiatives, including beyond the teams you are aligned to, and represent HR on relevant senior teams / extended teams at Regional level
ORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITY: 
  • Support design and ensure implementation of organizational changes aligned with the organization model and talent strategy
  • Assess needs and drive critical capabilities programs for the groups in line with global people strategy and plans
  • Be the leader in steering the functions and teams on what the key programs are
PRIMO ENGAGEMENT: 
  • Know the Primo engagement & Belonging levels for the functions and teams you support
  • Guide and steer the function leaders to implementation of action plans that drive improvements and ensure effective reporting and communication of progress
TALENT DEVELOPMENT & ACQUISITION: 
  • Partner with Talent Management team to identify Learning and Development needs for the functions and assist in the roll out and implementation of key programs and trainings
  • Take the lead on the Talent Review process and ensure succession and development planning is under control and progressing
  • Recruit key talent into the functions, both internal and external, and ensure alignment with Belonging at Bacardi principles

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:
  • 10+ years in HR generalist, 
  • Assertive lead for talent development and coaching across all levels of an organization
  • Can influence and change views and decisions in a matrix organization
  • Sound practice across budget management and the employee hire-to-retire lifecycle
  • Fluency in French and English
