Your Opportunity

The HRBP role is a key role in supporting the India Supply’s people initiatives leading Primo engagement, sourcing talent, learning & development initiatives at manufacturing sites, performance management, HR systems, culture, and values.

About You

You will have a strong background in HR along with a track record of successful building and maintaining of stakeholder relationships. You will need to manage and balance a matrix environment. You will have strong credibility and knowledge in all aspects of HR and associated policies.

You have a strong track record in spotting, hiring, and growing talent to building strong diverse teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be

Talent Acquisition
  • Recruit and integrate high quality candidates according to business needs, lead-time and recruitment cost targets
  • Develop campus relations and developing programs to create bench talent from universities/campus
  • Lead the onboarding activities on ground, and ensure the hire to retire cycle for Primos with accuracy
Business Partnering, Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor for India supply chain managers and employees. Provide coaching and counselling in the areas of policy interpretation and review, staffing, compensation & benefits, conflict resolution, performance management, engagement, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations matters
  • Provide HR Support for employee relations issues e.g. performance management, grievance
  • Implement, lead the rewards and recognition program 
  • Deliver and execute capabilities programmes on ground with defined objectives and action plans in line with global and local people strategy and plans
  • Create and provide HR insights to leadership team via HR dashboards for action planning 
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of inclusion and diversity
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
Talent Management 
  • Drive performance management processes, including commitment setting, performance evaluations, and talent development plans. 
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to ensure a pipeline of future leaders
  • Close loop and implement the actions from talent review process embedding talent development and succession planning principles 
Organizational Development
  • Assess organizational capabilities and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Supply functions. 
  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformation. 
  • Facilitate leadership development programs and coaching sessions to build management capabilities and drive employee engagement
People Practices and Systems
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in terms of conduct, compensation & benefits, internal & external recruitment, onboarding, development, training, etc. Effectively partner with global and local SME’s.
  • Validate HR systems (Workday), ensure data is kept up to date and correct and provide relevant analysis and reports as required. Partner with BES (Bacardi Excellence Services) to execute system changes.
Employee Engagement
  • Monitor employee engagement level, support implementation of action plans to drive engagement. 
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees to ensure transparency and alignment

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The skills and experience needed to create your legacy
  • 3+ Years of Human Resource Experience required Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably within a multinational organization
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a matrix organizational structure. Ability to handle a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven experience in building engagement in teams, driving change
  • Excellent organization and follow up skills; Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to draw conclusions from reports and action plan based on data
  • Ability to work within a highly confidential environment with professionalism 
The following experiences are preferred:
  • Experience in the Spirits and/or FMCG industry is a distinct advantage 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and statuary compliances in India.
