What does a Finance Supply Chain Performance Manager do?

Support the Finance Supply chain activities with their stakeholders about the Procurement performance, Supply chain and cash evolution, Agave process E2E business partner sourcing/insourcing and the knowledge of the Mezcal business.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Finance degree, including expertise in Budgeting and Forecasting, be enabler of Procurement and Supply chain team across the organization and long term vision of the gross margin.


With our consumer at the heart, your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Review the standard cost for MEXGAAP and USGAAP including the smart product efficiency.
  • Ownership of the working capital, cash flow and the forecast.
  • Supervise the monthly closing of supply chain, including the reconciliation, reports, and analytics.
  • Supervise the Vertical Integration project including the actuals and the forecast.
  • Review the Procurement performance y prepare the budget of Raw Materials and Pack materials of Tequila Supply
  • Supervise the performance of the Ilegal Mezcal COG’s.
  • Supervise Innovation gross margin performance.
  • Support the monthly performance presentation to Geneva.
