RESPONSIBILITIES

With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:
  • Market Visits: Maintain an updated view of in-market RSPs for all markets and all categories through regular in-market visits. Ensure the best execution of Brand Plans with distributors and local trade.
  • Relationships: Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with On Trade owners, On Trade Groups and capitalize on synergies with wholesalers and distributors.
  • Brand Equity: Build Bacardi brand equity by leading and motivating a team of Business Managers, optimizing the best execution of the local marketing mix in line with the brands’ global strategies, capturing market dynamics and react to growth opportunities.
  • People development: Responsible for the development of your direct team, through the monitoring of individual development plans, coaching and accompanying outings in the market, review and monitoring of results of your objectives.
  • Sell Out:  Driving and monitoring distributors sales through your business managers team, as a leverage of NSV and GP achievement.
  • Distribution: Ensure optimum distribution on our direct clients, improving visibility of our brands. 
  • Financial Targets: Deliver key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share) versus budget with rigor and precision.

Experience
  • Customer Focus & Negotiation: Strong customer focus and negotiation skills, specialized developing, monitoring and achieving commercial agreements, enabling growth and leadership of our brands into our clients, delivering results guarantee win-win situation.
  • Market Knowledge:  Spirit industry expert, with experience in Madrid On Trade channel.
  • Team Management: Previous experience of minimum 5 years, leading high performance teams, with empathy and  focus on developing talent of direct reports.
  • Field Sales experience of minimum 10 years in a leading FMCG company.

  • Analytical Capability: Strong analytical capability to work with figures. Good financial acumen and exposure to managing sales and P&Ls with rigor.
