YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Your opportunity
In this role, you will be accountable for Supply Chain, Brand, & Commercial, insights and reporting that provides planning and Customer Service & Logistics (CSL) teams with actionable information to be used in the development of a consensus forecast, inventory management strategy, stock policy, catalog health, and high levels of customer support. You will inspire through insights & analytics and act as a strategic thought partner to the Europe & Global Operations partners to ensure an accurate view is captured and reflected in easy to consume formats that aid in tactical supply chain management and strategic planning.

About you
You have experience in forecasting, inventory management, supply chain and logistics, and have experience with data collection and analysis tools, knowing how to uncover opportunities to improve the supply chain. You will also be excellent relationship builder with good interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
  • Act as subject matter expert for Supply Chain Planning & CSL
  • Prepares reports and dashboards that provide at-a-glance visuals that accurately summarize operations activity, status, and performance while providing actionable insights
  • Review and analyze current methodology and processes to uncover opportunities in the end to end market supply chain process that can be improved
  • Independently exercise sound analytical judgment, draw insights and document findings
  • Responsible for presenting findings to the key internal & external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with IT partners to implement effective systems
  • Provide excellent service to all Bacardi Supply Chain business partners

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Skills
  • Working knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, supply chain, and logistics
  • Interest in data analysis and forecasting tools, with the ability to uncover and drive actionable insights from data
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and influence others in a matrixed environment
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships at all levels of the organization 
  • Highly skilled at presenting data driven stories to a wide variety of audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields
  • Experience in the Consumer Package Goods, Spirits, or broader beverage alcohol industry preferred 
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Power BI preferred
