Sobre o papel:

O estagiário de Marketing auxiliará nas atividades das marcas da Bacardí no Brasil e no acompanhamento de inovações. Buscamos um talento que tenha disposição em aprender, possua excelentes habilidades de comunicação e uma forte aptidão para organização, análise e controle de prazos.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Principais responsabilidades:
  • Acompanhamento de Inovação: Monitorar e acompanhar iniciativas de inovação, fornecendo insights e análises para otimizar o desempenho.
  • Acompanhamento de Orçamento: Auxiliar no acompanhamento e gestão dos orçamentos de marketing, garantindo que os gastos sejam alocados de forma eficaz e dentro das restrições orçamentárias.
  • Material de Ponto de Venda: Apoiar o desenvolvimento e distribuição de materiais de ponto de venda, colaborando com a equipe de trade marketing e vendas para garantir consistência e eficácia na mensagem.
  • Interface com Agência de Comunicação: Atuar como elo entre a equipe de marketing e agências externas de comunicação, garantindo comunicação clara e execução oportuna de campanhas e iniciativas de marketing.
  • Relatórios e Análises: Gerar relatórios regulares sobre métricas de desempenho de marketing, conduzir análises para identificar tendências e oportunidades e, fornecer insights acionáveis à equipe de marketing.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experiencias Críticas para o Sucesso:
  • Proficiência no pacote Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel para acompanhamento de orçamento e análise de dados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita, com a capacidade de transmitir ideias e informações de forma eficaz.
  • Atenção aos detalhes, com a capacidade de gerenciar várias tarefas e prazos simultaneamente.
  • Proficiência avançada em inglês; habilidades em espanhol são um diferencial.
  • Disposição para aprender e contribuir com a equipe.
