As DM Senior CPA you will be leading the marketing agenda of our brands across 17 Distributor Markets, working as a part of CEEBB Marketing Team and cooperating closely with DM Commercial Leads and distributors.

Your ability to combine a strategic business perspective while managing multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the Marketing and Commercial leadership teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

In this role you will lead the marketing agenda of our brands across Distributor Markets from annual plans to perfect execution.

You will:
  • lead the Bacardi DM marketing team & manage the work of the marketing teams of our distributors
  • work with the Country Managers and Cluster & Regional Marketing teams to build best in class marketing and commercial capabilities that will enable us to win in the marketplace
  • align the Consumer Marketing, Customer Marketing and Commercial teams on the “Where to Play” and “How to Win” brand/channel strategies and plans 
  • deliver marketing plans for Distributor Markets based on local market trends & insights and regional brand strategies
  • ensure excellent execution of marketing plans in your markets
  • deliver annual brands’ targets
  • manage the DM Marketing Budget 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

To be successful in this role you will have/be: 
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience in progressive roles:
    • strong Commercial skills gained through either hands on Commercial roles in Customer Management or Customer marketing 
    • leadership experience within Marketing & Commercial
  • Experience in leading the teams
  • Experience in brand strategy & planning
  • Experience in brand performance and marketing budget management
  • Ability to prepare meaningful presentations and convincing stakeholders
  • Fluent English spoken and written
The following experiences are preferred:
  • FMCG, Drinks and Luxury Category   
  • Degree and/or professional Marketing qualifications
