Your Opportunity

As an Analyst, Customer Solutions On-Premise, you will work directly with the Customer Solutions Director. You are a critical member of Commercial TOP (Team On-Premise) and maintain a strong partnership with all key stakeholders including Finance, Brand Marketing and Customer Marketing. You will support key stakeholders, especially the National Account Managers, On-Premise Directors, Senior Directors and VP. You will be responsible for building actionable insights and selling stories from large data sets from 3rd parties such as Technomics and Nielsen CGA for National Account Customers as well as the Independent On-Premise Channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
  • Collaborate with the Team On Premise (TOP) on a daily basis.
  • Become an expert on all on-premise data sources to be able to determine how to leverage each for individual projects.
  • Pull and analyze data from online data sources such as Nielsen CGA, Technomic, IWSR, Numerator, Overproof & more.
  • Collaborate with customer marketing and commercial team to develop industry-leading responses to Customer RFPs.
  • Assist in category & industry reviews and joint business planning of the Top 40 accounts.
  • Regularly review channel and account specific consumer insights to maintain an understanding of the different consumers and how to engage them. 
  • Develop & deliver local market insights for the BAMs & Market Managers.
  • Review, collate, and disseminate to the TOP all trade publications, reports and insights decks that are released.
  • Assist in creating analyses and presentations for planning, monthly/quarterly business reviews, AOPs and others.
  • Fulfill ad hoc data, trend and insights requests to TOP, Customer Marketing, SIA, Brand Teams and local markets.
  • Complete regular in-depth category, cocktail & brand analyses to partner with TOP leadership to develop category and cocktail strategy by channel and top accounts.
  • Work to identify gaps in data sources for the on-premise.
  • Some domestic travel required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The skills and experience needed to create your legacy
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in the spirits industry or wider beverage alcohol.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a consumer insight, category management or analytics role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner while building a good rapport with Primos across all levels.  
  • Must be detailed oriented and organized.
  • You have experience with large data sets and can start with raw data alone, analyze it and end up with a PPT presentation with relevant key trends and actionable insights.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point.
  • Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Canva or other design software experience is a plus.
  • You have a fundamental understanding of the role of consumer insights and category trends.
  • You are analytical.
